PDFtoDeck is operated by Zhai Siyu, an individual sole operator based in Beijing, China. Payments are processed by our payment partner, who acts as merchant of record.

Plans

Pro Monthly: $3.99/month. Pro Yearly: $29.99/year (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

7-day refund

Request a refund within 7 days of any charge (first payment or renewal) by emailing [email protected] with your purchase email, and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days

Charges older than 7 days are generally non-refundable, except where the Service did not work and we could not fix it, or where required by law.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
